I am evaluating OS systems, architecture and software. I am not evaluating religious beliefs of their founders.

If this continues as an argument we will of course have to move it to a different thread. This said, I will answer by saying simply:
When the religious beliefs of a company's founder are publicly presented as fundamental tenets of that company's corporate mission, it becomes impossible to evaluate said company thoroughly -- both product and manner of production -- without encountering and being forced to draw conclusions about these religious beliefs.
I offer no opinions about them, but I of course notice their existence....just as I would notice if suddenly there were no separation between Church and State.
It doesn't matter what religion you are talking about, when you introduce religious dogma (Biblical or otherwise) into your corporate statement and then tell me to go quietly and use your software to power my laptop and other devices...
...I kindly suggest you go piss up a rope.
But maybe we evaluate operating systems differently.
