Gapan advise you to use sudo, not to configure it the same way ubuntu does: i.e launch any command with root rights prexing it with sudo. This configuration is stupid.
Just read the sudo man page and you will see than you will be able to configure sudo to run only one command without a password if you wish. This is, I think, what intended to say Gapan when he told you that you can use sudo. I don't remember the exact correct syntax but you have a lot of exemples at the end of the sudo manual page.
