Of course, but not now, the stable repo only take bugs and security fixes.
You will be able to make it when the -current will be open, the only thing to do will be to post links to SLKBUILD, build logs and pkgs to our bugtracker and ask for an addition, it will be tested and if it's ok, uploaded to the repo.
In the meanwhile, it's good to test it via slapt-src/sourcery and it seems that you have already done it.

My adjusted mosh SlackBuild was accepted. Also the version bumped to version 1.2, which includes a fix so that the locale only needs to be set locally. No more adjusting system wide ssh config files in /etc.
