Are you now saying that there were indeed spaces in there? I don't know what to believe anymore. Where there spaces or not? Did you remove them, or not?bobo wrote:I eliminated the spaces, but it didn't help.
I still don't see what icewm has to do with anything.bobo wrote:I was just mentioning that the space problem has hapenned with icewm.
No, it's not a release. So what? It's not BETA. It's sourcecode taken from git, that was not at that point part of the main ratpoison source repository. The main ratpoison repository was completely inactive at that time. It was then (after several months) merged and the release was made. Hence, virtually no difference.bobo wrote:How can it be? it's an old version and a BETA version, it's not a release.
I'd very much like to know how I did that, since there are no external patches applied.bobo wrote:You got it set up in a way that the default keybinds do not work.
Another comment like that and you're banned. Consider this your only warning.bobo wrote:Atta boy!
Who says I can't? As I posted before, there are no problems for me with the specific options you mentioned. If you and you alone are having problems, it's definitely your own configuration which is not vanilla. Consider starting with an empty ratpoisonrc and add options one by one until you find the culprit.bobo wrote:Why then you cannot change the bind key? and the other problems I listed in my posts if indeed it's vanilla?
