Well if you look at the base price of the shirt
$14.99

Then you take into consideration that SalixOS will see nothing of that $14.99, they then have to mark it up by some tolerable amount to get any kind of contribution from it.... Unless they put it on the cafe press "market place" and tell everybody to buy it through the market place. Then they make an additional 10% on the base price.

I'm self-employed with a Shop for printed shirts. For german customer I could produce Salix-shirts, polos, sweater, hoodie or whatever else. The price would depends on the print-method: a screenprint-Shirts is more expensive than a simple digital print.

I think a white shirt with one-sided digital print would be cost 12 Euro. The same price would be possible with professional screenprinting, if there is an initial accumulative order about 50 pieces (because of producing the screenprint-master). The motive seems to be possible to flock on the shirt also, this would be cost 2 Euro more. A coloured shirt would be costs just 1 Euro more.

If anyone par example declares the additional fee for Salix to 3 € then I could encash the complete price and transfer the 3 € with each sale to "Salix" (to whom it may concern)

This can be a possible way, BUT attention: there are additional costs for shipping. In Germany the costs are 2 Euro for one shirt and 4 Euro for two to maybe six shirts (depends on weight). And outside Germany there is only shipping with insurance possible and there are the costs for just one shirt 14 Euro!!!

So:

1 Shirt white in Germany: 12 € (plus 3 € for Salix) plus 2 € shipping
1 Shirt white in EU: 12 € (plus 3 € for Salix) plus 14 € shipping!!!

If "the Salix-masters" interested, please call me mon-fri 9 am - 6 pm in my shop +49 8252 82431. It would be a good idea that thenktor would do this because of my poor english.

IMHO the simpel digital prints are not very durable and wash out quite fast compared to screenprints. Furthermore screenprints can put bright prints on dark backrounds. So for me a screenprint is would be worth the extra cost.

No idea if we could sell 50 shirts, but I guess so.

But I have some questions:
* The screenprint is one color only, isn't it? Or can a 2 or 4 color print be done?
* Can the same screenprint-master be used for different print colors (black on white, white on black/green)?

The shipping cost is always a problem. Maybe they can be lowered if 15 shirts are send to someone in France and another 15 are send to someone elsewhere.

I agree. The quality of a screenprint-shirt is much higher than digital print.

I can produce the master in 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 colours but every colour costs logically more and the defining of the colour is fix. But if I see the logo, then there are three colors, black, white and (solid!) green. So if I would produce a master WITH background this could be printed on any coloured or white shirt ever.

A more economic version without background could be: tree and logotype once in black and once in white on one master. So it's possibe to printed it on any colored shirt or white shirt.

You're right again. I use for international shipping usually "Hermes" because it is the cheapest solution: For prices look at http://www.hlg.de

I can produce one master with both pure black and pure white logo. The multicolored-logo needs an own master.

I like the choices you give but how about having the text under or over the tree? I have been reading and hoping a t-shirt would come out. How much for shipping to the US?
