But I'm using 32-bit and I'm not using flash at all with YouTube, I'm using this User.JS script
YouTube Video Download (by rossy), I'm right-clicking on the high quality version on the pop-up list paste it to Parole, Whaaw!, or VLC and play it without high load of CPU.
You'll need to:
Install Firefox.
Install
Greasemonkey :: Add-ons for Firefox (click on "Add to Firefox").
Restart Firefox.
Install
YouTube Video Download (click on "Install").
Now go to a YouTube page.
Click on the download button.
Pick the wanted quality by right-click and copy.
Open your video player.
Open URL.
Paste the copied address.
Enjoy
