Just installed it on a Intel Pentium 4 2.93GHz and 512 MB DDR2.

It seems fine for me - but my main system is still Fedora ;)

I just re-installed Salix 64 on my box this evening, so far so good. Very fast, easy to use. Installed the Nvidia driver without incident, seems to be working very well. AMD X2 4200 w / 3gb DDR2 memory. GeForce 5500 (old card) . Had some issues with keeping the net connection the first time I installed, but it may have been more ISP-related than Salix troubles. So far, so good!

Notebook Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo Pro 2030 / Celeron Mobile@1.4 GHz / 1GB RAM. Fluxbox + Slim for added speed and simplicity. Blazing fast and stable. Thumbs up to all developers and community contributors for the best distro to run on this machine so far (coming from Zenwalk and other Linux flavours over the past four years). Viva la Salix!

At work I use Dell M1330 with an intel x3100 GPU and at home I use an assembled machine nVidia 9800 chipset based with intel quadcore CPU. Booth are running Salix 13 32bit. No 64bit because I prefer the full compatibility with video codecs, skype and wine although the latter is not that important. I have used multilib and chroot in past but I never liked that.

I'm a very happy user so far. Just keep up the good work guys. ;)

Hola,

¡Saludos!
