Sorry I've been super busy busy with my work lately, but I'm definitely still around.

Regarding Salix LXDE Live version, I do know that Christian was thinking about working on it at some point during summer. Not sure if this is still in his plans. If any one is interested by that project & helping him out, you may want to contact him.

Regret a Salix LXDE LiveCD will not be available. Feel personally a LiveCD is maybe more important than a installation CD ... One can use (show) it everywhere! And Salix as it is now is maybe one of the best distributions available.

Wish I could help. Am wondering in which way ... Know only how to make modules the slax way.

Hi!

My concrete plan is a LXDE live cd based on the collection of applications of the installable LXDE version of gapan. But I can't start the project before August, because there is no time before.

Nothing is stopping you ;)
It should be fairly simple to do all kinds of variant once SalixLive 13.1 is done.
