I don't know if it's a good place to mention it, but I think the packages:
  • lxrandr: to set the resolution of the monitor
and obconf: the openbox apparence manager
should be installed by default, don't you think so?

LXAppearance with OpenBox integration!!!

LXAppearance – OpenBox Integration is Finished!
LXAppearance becomes the most feature-rich Gnome-free gtk+ theme changer.

Get the .txz packages for testing from: [A-1348] Tux Paint 0.9.21, Fotoxx 10.11.1, LXDE Icon Theme 0.0.1... (via: Space_J (spacej))

I understand that this is a development release.
This is only a reminder ;)

What is behind the "Misc" tab? Based on what I've seen so far I have to say that obconf is much more powerful. 8-)

I'm checking right now, please wait...

here you go: this tab will only appear when Openbox is running!

But it doesn't matter, it is a great default appearance manager and those who want more control may use ObConf ;)
