Accessing preferences in brasero

I am running 13.1 LXDE. I am tring to burn some iso files to disk with brasero but the program is burning them to fast. I am unable to to change the burn speed. When I go to change it the only options are 423.1x and it shows in the list like 6 times.
Is there something I am missing or the program.
Thanks, Kelean.

I've seen a bug report about this some time ago (perhaps a couple of years). I think it triggers with certain hardware. Try installing the libburnia suite of packages (libburn, libisoburn, libisofs). It can work as a backend to brasero instead of cdrtools. Maybe you'll have better luck with that.

Thanks gapan I installed the packages and now I have a few more options on burn speed. I have max, 10x, and 8x. I will test it out tomorrow when I have more time to burn a disk.
Thanks Kelean.
