Hello,
I'm trying to install this printer on cups, according to the brother support
site I should use a "cupswrapper thing" taht they provide in .rpm or .deb ,
I've searched for a ppd file but I didn't find it
are you aware of any other possibility ?

Should I try to rpm2tgz their packages ?

If I reckon correctly, yes, that'll do the trick.

Can you post a file listing of the stuff inside the deb/rpm?
