I believe that MANY Slackware users will find the answers to this post very interesting...

After reading this comment I was wondering, how can one make a regular Slackware installation 'to behave like' OR 'to be as easy to use as' Salix OS?
e.g. adding GSlapt/slapt-get or even including support for SLKBUILD and even ZENBUILD.

I think that Slackware users have understood the purpose of Salix, you shouldn't think for themselves
It is trivial to see that it is a question of slapt-get repositories, salixtools, ...

I think that you didn't undertood what Salix IS.

You should know that it is as easy as installpkg slkbuild.
Slkbuild just make the build of a SlackBuild easiest, but again, you know it.

and even ZENBUILD.

Zenwalk has made some steps to become more and more independant from Slackware, ZenBuild can work, or not.
But, again, and again, you should know it.

This thread seems to be a thread just to make a thread.
