Systray desktop switcher

Does anybody know a tool that can switch desktops from the systray? It should show some mini previews or at least numbers of the desktops.

Yes, something like this but inside of the systray. So it will work with every panel without further configuration.

I don't think anything like that is possible. You can only put icons in the systray. If you want a tray icon that offers a menu to switch desktops, I guess that's doable. I don't think it exists (yet), but it probably can be done.
