Keyboard layout switcher to go with Fluxbox?

Would a keyboard layout switcher/indicator not be a useful thing for quite a few users? I have been searching for one that works and found "Antico XKB", which seems to work well (except that it does not display the Polish flag when variant qwertz is chosen, bu I can live with that). It requires Qt however.

What do you think about that?

Maybe something like that would be a nice addition for a future version. But qt is a dealbreaker.

But qt is a dealbreaker.
It does not have to be in the default installation, does it?

Fbxkb and wmxkb requires editing of /etc/hal/fdi/policy/10-keymap.fdi to work, wmxkb seemed a bit confused anyway, using "pc" for Swedish and "se" for Polish...

In the CD there aren't the QT libraries.
I think we could add a keyboard layout switcher/indicator in the repository, so that people who need them can install them. I don't think that a keyboard layout switcher/indicator are so important to be included in the ISO. By the way we will consider the possibility of adding them in future releases,
