I am using Salix XFCE 13.1 with all current updates applied.
1. Start Gslapt.
2. Mark xfce4-screenshooter only to be installed.
3. Click on "apply"
4. Gslapt wants to install some additional dependencies? For instance, gnome-keyring and others ...

5. Cancel the dialog
6. Remove the mark from xfce4-screenshooter again.
7. Click again on "apply"
8. Packages from 4. still marked for installation.


Should Gslapt remove the dependencies then also after the package was deselected again

You need to use Edit -> Unmark all.

I can't reproduce the bug, maybe you selected a package with dependencies like gnome-keyring and others ... and you then deselected it.

No, Gslapt does not do it, unfortunately, but if you like to install xfce4-volumed without xfce, for Salix OS Fluxbox, you mark xfce4-volumed and then remove the unnecessary dependencies, or you can get it directly xfce4-volumed-0.1.8-i486-1lm.txz

Thanks for trying to reproduce. But why xfce4-volumed and fluxbox instead?
