Hello my name is Peter I'm 22 almost 23 in a day, I complimented salix derived from the stimulation slackware saved me a lot because the new laptop and it goes super god than ever. I tried sabayon but I did not like the system as too slow there with Fabio lho Erculiani is beautiful but the distro should be lean or else you are taking ages to load. However rulez slackware 90's 90's. Thanks to you who hear me in the forum. I'm Italian and I live in the city of Milan in Lombardy. I am using a translator to translate my Italian language to English, I hope you understand me.

thanks all forum staff and moderators finall im slackware user, i have tried many dists of gnu/linux opensuse,slax,linux mint,linux mint debian edition,ubuntu ultimate edition,ubuntu,kubuntu,xubuntu,FREEBSD,openmind,slamd64,lubuntu,gentoo,sabayon.slackware never used.Salix is slackware true? Can use Salix true is 100% slackware can compile and use codecs multimedia?use wine,playonlinux,C++ devel tools?can i upgrade salix to new version what command?

Salix tries to be 100 % Slackware compatible. Compared to Slackware it offers well pre defined package selections on the install ISOs, a simplified setup, a bigger repository and some easy to use system tools.
You can upgrade your system with slaptget/gslapt.

2)can use all slackware methods of compile?
3)can patching kernel when i compile new kernel.org?
4)Can know if repo of slackware i can add on salix?

1-3: yes
4: there is already a Slackware repo available via slapt-get/gslapt.
