Hi,
When I logged into a home account other than user it shows the graphical display of icons or folders but when I logged in as root, the case was different and no graphic display of icons there.
Can I please get any solution for this.?

It's not clear to me exactly what problem your having, but login as root through gdm is not allowed by default. To change this, open up a terminal, and as root do
gdmsetup and a dialog box will come up. Go to the security tab and check the box next to "Allow local system administrator login" Once this is done you will now be able to login as root in the dgm screen. You should get a desktop screen that looks like this:

You'll need to change the icon theme (Salix->Settings->Appearance)

This is a bug in root's default configuration. You can open a ticket on the bug tracker for this:

Yes, it's a bug. The root user had been set up with the tango icons which have been removed from the iso. You can either change the theme or install tango. But I don't think it's of much importance, since root login is not allowed by default. If you know how to turn root login on, then you certainly know how to change the icon theme.

Should still be fixed in your settings package for next release

Sure, but there's still time for that.
