I need to install to install any of these frameworks could help me?

Sympony

Or any alternatives to eric4 or django for python.

that won't help because groovy is another programing language, it's based on java :S

the best way to install symfony is to read and follow the install instrucions
django is in slackbuilds.org so you can install it thru slapt-src

as for the others, you have to check if they are on the repos or slackbuilds,
if not, you have to install them by hand (it's not that hard)

Maybe you can try to make these packages and maintain them if you use them. Because making packages that are not maintained is usually not a good idea.
