Since last night i cannot connect to the internet. I tried several times to connect but to no avail. Finally i tried a live cd from another distro and it worked, i'm writing this from it.
Is there a file i can edit to see if my DHCP is ok?
Thank you...

Are you using wicd? Does it show some error message?
Post the output of /sbin/ifconfig
Does ping 8.8.8.8 work?

No, i don't use a laptop.
Post the output of /sbin/ifconfig
These are just a few lines:
Flushing 'inet6' routing table not supported.
x.25 not configured in this system.
route netmask doesn't match route address
Flushing 'x25' routing table not supported
Modifying 'x25' routing chache not supported
route: bogus netmask %d
Does ping 8.8.8.8 work?
"Network is unreachable"

No, i don't use a laptop.
Wicd is used for wired networks, too.

If you do core or basic installs you don't have wicd and you have to setup your network with
netconfig.
