I have a terratec DMX sound card with Cirrus 42xx chipset.
Salix offers two mixers: ASLA based for 46xx Cirrus chipsets (which is compatible)
or Cirrus CS4294 rev3 (OSS).
Any idea which is the better choice?

Well, as the names imply, one uses alsa, the other uses oss, so use whichever you feel like. I always go for the alsa one...
