This is an USB model? Then run lsusb. You'll see the device ID and you can compare it to the one listed here:
http://www.ideasonboard.org/uvc/
The site says that it is supported by the uvc driver, so do lsmod | grep uvc and see if the driver is loaded.

How do you know it's not working? How did you try it?
