Suddenly the Weather-Update-Applet on the xfce4-panel is broken. It does not update any longer. I get the error:

(xfce4-weather-plugin:5110): weather-WARNING **: Unable to open image: /usr/share/xfce4/weather/icons/liquid/-.png

I removed the applet and reinstalled and nothing changed. Still no updates possible.

ls ...../liquid/ shows 48 .png files numbered from 0.png to 47.png

Applet is
xfce4-weather-plugin-0.7.2-i486-1gv.txz

Suggestions appreciated.

I'm getting no data here. Searching on this it appears that this is not just an Xfce problem but rather the weather service provider has change it's subscription service.

Back to bbweather combined with /.wmWeatherReports/

Updated the xfce4-weather-plugin package in the repos with a new license. Hope this will keep on working.
