I'm new to Salix, and after a new installation everything but my sound worked.
I have a Azus motherboard with integrated sound. I'm using HDMI, and I've tried all the channels, and not a sound.
I did get usb headphones to work.

And Ideas?

Please take a look at alsamixer. Maybe there is a switch to turn on HDMI output.
