How can I do this? I can update the repos, but not the packages then... Makes not much sense to me. Did I missed something? I'm searching for hours now. Thanks in advance

You need to build and install the new version, if there is one. You do it just as you did when you first installed the package.

Allright, so I need to know when there is a new version of each package? There is no possibility to tell me which packages (sources) need an update?

Nothing you install using sourcery *needs* an update. If you installed it, it works. Now, if you *want* to build a new version of something, then just do that.
