Graphical menu editing tool for Openbox.

This is available from slapt-src but if there's going to be an Openbox edition one day it should come preinstalled

If there will be an Openbox edition it will have a dynamic menu

This is in the repo and was used on the Openbox beta iso. Search for openbox-menu.
