Congratulations on an amazing distro!
I have been using Linux since 2005. Have soft spots for Arch, Slackware and Gentoo. Slackware is my true home, love using it. The only place I didn't use was on my little eee pc. It was too difficult and time consuming when away from home when I wanted an odd package from Slackbuilds. Salix fits the bill perfectly! It's rich repo and dependency resolution keep me using Slackware/Salix when time is short working on the move.
Well done for extending the great Slackware but not losing all that makes Slackware great!
