i am running live with persistence and sorcerer comes up with two errors on most installs
ilease or something similar
and fakeroot
i have reinstalled fakeroot, the other one i can find no reference to.
gslapt works well but a lot of things i want are only in sorcerer

Are you running slapt-src as root? And / or maybe you need to update the cache first. As root try:

slapt-src --update

If you don't post the exact error message that you get and tell us what software you're trying to install when you get those, nobody can help you much. A guess: you're missing dependencies and build fails. You need to read the respective README files first. And it's "sourcery", not "sorcerer"

Why not? Some magic by a (Salix) wizard that "does not work". So that gotta be some dangerous, dark witchcraft. Burn them!!! See, you wrote the hottest piece of software now.
