When I drag the scroll bar down, particularly on a long web page, it often stays stuck where it was for a few seconds, and then immediately skips to where my cursor is - as opposed to doing what it ought to, which is to scroll downward in increments. As far as I can tell there's no CPU spiking involved here; I don't think it's a resource consumption issue.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? Anyone know what causes it?

Two ideas:

• You need to enable smooth scrolling (Edit -> Settings -> Advanced -> General)
• Your graphic card or some other component can't cope with it (possibly too because a driver implements not all features/optimizations)
