14RC1: recently there was a change in time (winter daylight saving) and I`ve noticed my time was not adjusted despite I have rc.ntpd running and also clickable gui has the option "keep synchronized" selected.

Works fine here. Time changed automatically to the new "winter time". Does the clock synchronize at all for you? If you change the time, does it sync back to the right time (even without the winter time correction) after a while? Is this a fresh 14.0RC1 installation, or a beta/alpha upgraded installation?

At this moment I can only tell that this is an upgrade from Beta.

Run:
"ntpq -pn"
"ls -l /etc/localtime-copied-from"

It looks that dotnew solved the issue, at least it synchronizes manually from clickable gui.
