I can't access facebook, youtube, wikipedia, even google. I try to use another webbrowser like firefox and get the same problem. Seems like no problem in the webbrowser because I also try to download via terminal wget https://www.google.com but I get "network unreachable" message. Another sites seems ok like dukduckgo, yahoo, etc. I try to boot into another OS with the same simcard and I can access google or facebook. So it seems like no problem with my ISP. I try to reinstall salix and get the same problem.Help me again...

You either:

1. Have multiple devices in your network assigned to the same IP
2. The DNS servers that you're using are screwed up

You're mentioning a simcard in there, but you're not very clear about what kind of connection you're using, so I'm guessing it's 2.
