I have Salix OS 14 XFCE. I would like to move bottom panel to top. I can't (( No problem in version 13.36, but now ((

(Move to the top and install docky)

Can you help me, please? Thank you.

Unlock panel in panel preferences and a "handle" will become available at either end of the panel which you can drag.
