How do I create an xfce theme? I'm been searching the net and all I can find is how-tos for installing themes. I see thousands of themes available, but 87.3% of them are some shade of gray that makes me wonder why I bother with a color monitor. Most of the rest are trying to mimic Mac or Windows. I'd like to take a shot at designing my own but can't find any instructions on how to do so.

I guess I'll need a GTK theme as well.

This is going to be complicated, isn't it?

Funny thing is, I found that page about five minutes after posting this question. Searched for hours before that with no luck.
