Midori-0.5.8 crashes when I move mouse pointer over Edit sometimes w/o even clicking on it.

Starting from terminal I get
java version "1.7.0_51"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea 2.4.5) (Slackware)
OpenJDK Server VM (build 24.51-b03, mixed mode)

(midori4:15268): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: invalid cast from `WebKitWebView' to `MidoriTab'
Segmentation fault
It happens only when I open a website like Forum Salix and open Problems. Logged-in or not.

Since there is no "traditional" menu in midori, I'm wondering what that "Edit" part is...

Right click on Navigation bar for Toolbar/Menubar view options.

Reinstalled midori-0.5.7. No crashes when clicking or moving mouse pointer to "Edit".
Trade-off: no spellchecker. Prefer that over crashes. ;)

I don't know... I enabled the "standard" menu in Midori, but I still get no crashes. Are you on 32bit or 64bit? There should be no difference in behaviour, but just in case...

I am usig Salix-14.1 32bit.

Notice the crashes do not happen on all websites.

Just installed midori-0.5.8 in VL-7.1-LIGHT-Alpha and there it crashes as well.

Just received this:
Aparently, the edit menu crash only happens after you have opened a website.  I was trying it as soon as the app loaded, and in that test case it does not.  This is a known bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/midori/+bug/1303372 .  We'll have to wait for a patch or fix release.  Looks like every one is having this same problem with midori.
Djemos take note!

Midori being the browser of choice of Salix is there anything being done to correct this crash bug?
