Could not find the Mozilla runtime message when trying to run Firefox. Salix 14.1. MATE. 64 bit. Firefox launches only when full path to a binary file is specified (/usr/bin/firefox ).

To launch Firefox I have to type full path to a binary — /usr/bin/firefox. It is not possible to launch Firefox from MATE`s menu or just typing firefox in terminal emulator.

Is there a menu entry "Web Browser", or similar, in the MATE menu? If so, what happens when you click it?

How Mozilla Firefox has been installed?

Firefox only. Nothing happens. Browser is out of box.
