I am totally new to the Slackware side of Linux and I am very impressed with Salix. It was easy to install, set my RAID disks perfectly, and is fast. I started out on Ubuntu/Debian then quickly switched to Fedora where I did some kernel testing on Fedora 12 and then I found Arch Linux and everything changed. I run it on my laptop but I was still searching for a desktop OS and now I think I might have found it. Thank you for saving me a trip to distro-hell!
