i installed with Spanish keyboard but I can not use the accent mark because the key does not show it ...

and ...

touchpad is not working me scroll up\down ...

There are at least 3 different types of Spanish keymaps, so you'll have to be more specific than that.

The touchpad could either scroll by sliding the right side, or with a two finger scroll. It depends on the touchpad.
