Found a missing dependency for the package "mosaic-ck" on Salix 14.2, 32-bit.
It requires the package "motif" to compile.
Else, compiling will fail with:
Xm/Xm.h: No such file or directory
Installations and their Dependencies
Re: Installations and their Dependencies
Thanks Bird, but since 14.2 is now EOL, we're probably not going to fix these.
Re: Installations and their Dependencies
Understandable. But I hope it's fine for me to document these things here in case, someone searches the same error line, even from another distro.
The Sourcery package "xdebug" had troubles on Salix 14.2., 32-bit:
xdebug.SlackBuild: Zeile 75: /usr/bin/phpize: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
Which could be circumvented by using in a terminal:
sudo slapt-get -i php
which installed php-5.6.40-i586-1_slack14.2.
