Confirmed.

libv4l1.so.0 => not found
This is the oppinion of the author, it does not force you to share and is signed automatically.
You are free to keep them all errors for your own. Linux is the best game I ever played.

libv4l has been replaced by v4l-utils in slackware, just after we released the beta1. So, install v4l-utils and it should work.
