Spectre mitigation and boot time on Salix64 14.2

with spectre mitigation:
bla bla bla..... end of boot

with spectre mitigation disabled inside GRUB:
bla bla bla..... end of boot
[ 17.297596] NET: Registered protocol family 10
note: I'm using grub 2.06 maybe it doesn't work with the default grub 2.00 , for more information:
