This isn't exactly a bug, but I will mention it here anyway.
As most of you may know, Rufus creates bootable usb sticks for Linux(Salix is no exception) in a fast, safe and completely usable way on machines running MS Windows.
By using this software to create a usb stick of the final release of Salix 15.0 it labeled it as Salix-15.0RC4.
I know the RC4 version turned out to be the final version but should this happen?

Hmmm... it's probably reading the volume id from the iso, so I guess that's normal.
