Updated raylib packages

raylib is a multimedia library which is very simple to use. Salix 15 has raylib version 4.0.0, SlackBuilds has version 4.5.0., but both are older ones. raylib has no dependencies other than the very trivial ones, so it is easily upgradable. You can find Salix packages for the latest version in the link below. I will try to keep those updated whenever a new version is released. The packages are always tested with a suite of programs before uploading.
