Hello i just noticed that the final salixos 13.1 is released. Do you know the release time of the salix live 13.1? Is there a script or a tutorial how to make your own livecd of the 13.1 release?

I would guess roughly somewhere in the next 2 months.
If you need a live CD, the 13.0 one is still perfectly usable though.

The buildscripts etc are here in the repo. The version is still pinned to 13.0. I tried myself to build a live CD recently with those scripts, but it's not exactly straightforward. Took some time to figure everythiing out properly.
That version isn't working yet properly with grub 1.98, I'm still holding the patch back. Some things have changed with that version, so you're better of with 1.97.x.
Regarding the SalixLive release, gapan is probably right. JRD, who did the actual LiveCD building, is currently quite busy and for me it's right now not getting better either. But nothing I can promise.
