Hi all,
I recently purchased an esata express card for my laptop and enclosure for my backup 2.5" hdd. Everything works as expected but because the drive is now seen as a fixed disk I have to mount the drive manually.
I know I can add a line in fstab to mount the drive for me but I'd like Thunar's Volume Manager to mount the drive dynamically under /media like any other removable device.
I've googled udev and hal rules but I'm really lost with this, can anyone here help?
Thanks
Thunar Volman and Esata Drives
Re: Thunar Volman and Esata Drives
Ok, now the drive will auto mount (don't know why it didn't before) but I don't get an icon for it.
I think this is a question for the Thunar devs.
