Maybe not really a bug.
But on Slackware-current the package util-linux-ng is renamed to util-linux.
Slackware-current dep files still points to util-linux-ng.
util-linux-ng is renamed to util-linux

Hmmm... no they don't. Have you refreshed your package cache?

My bad, I looked in download.salixos.org/x86_64/slackware-current/deps/ and found util-linux-ng.dep.
Was jumping to conclusions. That file still has to be renamed/removed.
Reason a brought it up was I made tagfiles from salix64-xfce-13.2beta1 core install and installed slackware-current.
