[SOLVED] Vbox 4.1.0 problem (was: Broadcom WIFI)

Post by baran »

Hi,

I did install SalixOS 13.1.2 with XFCE 32 bit and made upgrade. All works great. Good distro, thnx. In the end I install wifi driver - BROADCOM 4313 ...

I found these drivers http://www.broadcom.com/support/802.11/linux_sta.php

It works good before upgrade. But now .. ERROR. Error after power off. I turn off notebook. All is finished good, but after text POWER OFF (yellow text in the end) it shows error. Here is the screen.

http://files_to_forums.remontsw.eu/salix_error_powerdown.jpg

Can you help me please? Thank you.

Rene

Hi,

I did probe "shutdown -h now" command. Errors were no so long :-))) I did find it. Error is not from Wifi Driver, but from VirtualBox!

Well, don't install VirtualBox 4.1.0, I did install (reinstall down) VirtualBox 4.0.12. It works great, all ok without errors.

Thank you very much for all
