Please, remove the exceptions in slapt-get to upgrade package "glibc-zoneinfo-2011i_2011n" from /slackware/slackware-13.37 (13.0, 13.1)/patches/. Thank you!

The package "glibc-zoneinfo-2011i_2011n" need to update, but it is not updated because that added an exception (^glibc-.*) in the slapt-get.

First of all, why do you have that package installed? It was not installed by default, so if you installed it, you did it yourself. In that case, you should also remove it from the exclude list yourself.

Is the glibc-zoneinfo-2011i_2011n package some upgrade because of the (IIRC) copyright problems and changed maintainer of timezones that happend some time ago? Usually all files in the glibc-zoneinfo package are already included in the glibc package.

Since 2011 Russia is no longer goes to the summer time. Moscow UTC+04:00 (previously been +03:00).
