Hi Thenktor,
Just wanted to ask you something regarding the FDroid project.
I am still very much a Linux novice and i feel the onus is on me to study accordingly so at least if i have a problem i can ask qualified questions to forum administrators. You guys are Linux developers not IT tutors, and although you are happy to help there must be a point where some feel they have schooling fees due!
Nevertheless i believe we are all collaborators on different levels, whenever i get called 'a customer' i feel vomit rising in my throat and have a desire to throttle a PR manager.
Anyway,getting to the point...
I have a Samsung Jet S8000,i would like to make Open Source...now according to JetDroid
http://www.jetdroid.org/ they have been porting Android via Galaxy S to the Jet,however technical details of how this done is quite sparse.
So assuming this can be done successfully would the Open Source FDroid apps be compatible on the Jet platform or would you advise just sticking with Bada development?
Also, with the current ongoing Google vs Oracle shennanigans,i would assume with FDroid being Open Source they would be immune to any decision either way?
One last request, could you package an FDroid Mosquito Repellant app that works with politicians, tabloid journalists, celebrity TV hosts and marketing executives
Apologies for the dumb questions

and thanks
