Minor issue with SalixOS 14

I just installed the 64bit release version. I already had the 32bit 14 rc(whatever was the last one). I wanted to install mate-file-manager in the 64bit version as I had in the 32bit version. For some reason however unlike the 32bit version which worked fine, when I boot after installing Caja I get something like 8 copies of my home folder opening. Any thoughts on how I can fix or get around this?
