libpisock.so.9

Hi,

I did install SalixOS 14 XFCE 32bit. After sylphed installation and next sylpheed run it writes me:

sylpheed: error while loading shared libraries: libpisock.so.9: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Can you help me, please? No libpisock is in system for symlink creation (ln -n)

Might be helpful to post the solution, for anyone else who might stumble upon this topic. Also editing the Subject, to prepend "[Solved] ", would be great.

OK.

I did reinstall clawsmail and clawsmail plugins. Then I did uninstall it. From this time sylpheed works. Well, I did install sylpheed from tar.gz package (compilation).

Does not sound like a solution, you had some other problem. Uninstalling claws-mail won't leave symlinks behind.
