I've been surprised since gslapt tries to update a lot of packages. My surprise arises from the fact that the repository which the updated packages would be downloaded is not the usual
Code: Select all
http://salix.enialis.net/x86_64/slackware-13.37/
but
Code: Select all
http://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/slackware/slackware64-13.37/
which is unknown for me.
Is there any danger to update with gwdg repository?

Please post the contents of /etc/slapt-get/slapt-getrc
EDIT
Also it may just be worth trying again; there have been some troubles with the server that might have something to do with it.

Please post the contents of /etc/slapt-get/slapt-getrc
Code: Select all
root[lluis]# cat /etc/slapt-get/slapt-getrc
WORKINGDIR=/var/slapt-get
EXCLUDE=^aaa_elflibs,^aaa_base,^devs,^glibc-.*,^kernel-.*,^udev,^rootuser-settings,^zzz-settings.*,-i?86-,transmission,^wx*

I've tried again to update, but gslapt wants to do it through /ftp.gwdg.de

The Salix repositories do not host standard Slackware packages, only the dependency information.
The packages are downloaded from an official Slackware mirror.
Have a look at
http://salix.enialis.net/i486/slackware ... README.txt if you want to change the Slackware mirror used.
(Of course you'll use the slackware64-13.37 mirrors though)

Then, should I understand that
http://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/slackware/ ... e64-13.37/
is an official Slackware repository and all is right?
